Mark Chiasson is a dedicated educator who brings his passion for physics and learning to his classroom daily. He helps students discover the joy of studying physics and strives to build connections to their daily lives. Mark looks to bring physics to his students in non-traditional ways that help his students see themselves participating in physics, not just learning about physics. His dedication to teaching has had a lasting impact on both his students and colleagues and has strengthened the physics community in Atlantic Canada. nominator citation
